300mg Deca and 500mg test is my go to for bulking with 30mg dianabol for the first four weeks. I ran this for 20 weeks in the fall. I didn’t notice any difference in mental health while doing it if anything I felt more calm and composed. I would advise against it though if you aren’t blasting/cruising.
